Grouping Data

This demo shows a report from the Reservations application that sums the number of guests and fees collected by those who have confirmed their reservations, group by a room type. A report the Group Data report this could be useful to a variety of people, from those organizing meetings and trips, to management of large hotels, because it allows them to better understand the performance of their business.

Editable Grid

One of the most advanced features of LFRM is the ability to edit data directly in the grid. The Editable Grid from the Reservations application demonstrates a variety of inputs that a user can use to directly edit data in grid report, allowing people to quickly make changes to the database much like one would make changes to a spreadsheet.

Charting

The charting capabilities of LFRM let one create visual presentations of data, and can be used in any application.  This feature is especially important for applications that focus on reporting trends, such as sales, popularity, and the availability of resources. The Charting demo plots revenue over the course of a year.
