Application

LFRM can be used to create many different types of application serving different requirements and purposes for various industries.  Some of these application can be reporting (whether sales or financial), membership, document management, product testing results, ect.  

For our demo site, we created a reporting application for a few of the most popular online shopping carts.  One example is the Virtuemart reporting application which business owners can used to not only keep abreast of their sales figures but also to serve as their mini-business intelligence tools.  The Virtuemart reporting application can be used to calculate sales numbers based on different variables such as date range, time range (period), vendor, customer, manufacturer, and product, ect. 

In addition, the report application can be used to search for best selling products and most cancelled orders based on product or customer.  This information helps business operators to monitor and address potential trouble spots before they become issues which may cause business time and money (as well as reputation).
